WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not satisfied with a Rthvi purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Click here to read our detailed return and refund policy.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, you can always process a return by contacting us at sukigro1@gmail.com

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Contact us at sukigro1@gmail.com if you forgot to apply a discount code for a qualifying order. Our team can add a discount code within 24 hrs of purchase on a qualifying order.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF WRONG / INSUFFICIENT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Customers must ensure sufficient and correct shipping address at the time of placing the order or immediately within few hours of it. Shipping address rectification can be sent to us by email at sukigro1@gmail.com Once the package has left our warehouse, we will not be responsible for undelivered shipments with wrong or insufficient address. No refunds will be made in such cases.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING INFORMATION YET?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours of orders received. Tracking codes are generated and emailed once your order is processed.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

You should receive an order confirmation email within 5 - 10 minutes of placing an order with Rthvi. Please check your spam or junk box if you don't see a confirmation email in your mailbox. If you need further assistance, contact us at sukigro1@gmail.com

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Domestic standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.

International shipping usually takes around 15 days but can sometimes take longer depending on the country.

HOW TO CANCEL A PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION?
